Which payment methods are possible?
You can pay in the store with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay, Bancontact, eps-Überweisung, Ideal, Klarna, Apple Pay, PayPal and Google PayCredit card and PayPal.
How high are the shipping costs?
Shipping is included for originals and commissions.
For all art prints, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout (before you pay) based on your address and selected shipping method.
What about customs and import duties?
On international shipments, buyers are responsible for any customs/duties/tariff/import taxes that may apply on shipments. Danivinciart is not responsible for this.
How do I get the shipment number?
I will send you the consignment number by e-mail from the date of dispatch.
Is it possible to return or cancel my order?
Originals & Commissions:
You may return an order if you wish. However, all purchases and orders already paid for are final and non-refundable.

Please read our Refund Policy.
Can I cancel a commissioned work?
It is not possible to cancel the commissioned work if a down payment has already been made. There is no refund of the payment made.
However, please contact me as soon as possible using the contact form. There will always be a solution!
How are original paintings packaged?
I pack original paintings carefully and securely with hard foam boards. You can find out exactly what this looks like and more information about shipping on the shipping information page.
