    Original paintings are packed by myself and shipped within 3-5 working days by UPS.
    Currently shipping is only possible to EEA member states and the USA. (Other destinations will be added in the future).

    Art prints are individually printed by Printful.com after receiving your order, packaged and shipped worldwide* within 2-5 business days.

Customs duties and import fees

Depending on the destination country, customs duties may apply. The fee may vary depending on order value, country borders and other factors based on the product itself. You as the end customer are responsible for these fees. All fees are paid by the end customer to the relevant customs authority.

How do I package originals and commissioned paintings?

STEP 01

MATERIALS

Rigid foam sheets, packing paper, bubble wrap, duct tape/fabric tape and cardboard sheets are used as packaging materials.

STEP 02

Certificate of Authenticity

A signed certificate of authenticity is enclosed with each original.

STEP 03

Stabilization

The original painting is stabilized with cut hard foam boards.

STEP 04

First Layer

The painting is then wrapped with packing paper and bubble wrap and fixed with adhesive tape.

STEP 05

Second Layer

The package is then wrapped securely and stably all around with rigid foam boards and duct tape/fabric tape.

STEP 06

Final Layer

Finally, cardboard sheets are placed over the rigid foam sheets at the front and back. Everything is fixed again with duct tape/fabric tape and glued down. A “breakage risk tape” serves as an additional signal that the package should be shipped carefully.

Stick the shipping label on and finished!

*Countries where art prints cannot currently be shipped.

According to my print on demand service provider Printful.com, shipping fine art prints is not possible in some countries due to legal restrictions or limitations for the shipping company.

There is no specific list of restricted countries and this is subject to change depending on events, however, shipping art prints from Printful is currently not possible in the following countries:

- Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk region of Ukraine
- Belarus
- Russia
- The Gaza Strip region of Palestine
- Iran
- Ecuador
- Cuba
- North Korea
- Syria

Please note that the Russia-Ukraine war severely restricts shipping to Ukraine. At the moment, Printful can only ship art prints that are processed in Printful's Latvian facilities.

There is also a list of countries where Printful's shipping company is temporarily unable to ship internationally due to natural disasters or other service disruptions. Please visit the USPS website for the latest information.

Please note that the list of countries where Printful or its shipping carriers do not offer international shipping for art prints is subject to change.
