RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods or the last goods. If you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered uniformly or separately.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me via dani_vinci@web.de by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

REFUND POLICY
Originals & commissions:
All orders are created on demand custom to your purchase, and therefore each order is final and non-refundable.
Art Prints:
Please contact me at dani_vinci@web.de before returning any products.
If you as a customer have ordered an art print on this website, the following rights of withdrawal apply (according to my production print-on-demand partner printful.com):
All claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be made within 30 days of receipt of the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the expected delivery date. Claims deemed to be the fault of Printful will be covered at Printful's expense.
If you notice a problem with the prints or any other part of the order, please submit a problem report.
The return address defaults to the Printful facility. When Printful receives a return, I will be automatically notified by email. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days.
Incorrect address:
If you provide an address that is deemed inadequate by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the Printful facility. You will be liable for the cost of resending once we have confirmed an updated address (if applicable).
Unclaimed shipments:
Shipments that are unclaimed will be returned to the Printful facility and you will be responsible for the cost of resending to you (if applicable).
Printful reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
